See a complete listing of what is inspected. How Long Will it Take? The average 1500 square foot home takes two to three hours. Depending on the size, age, and condition of the property our thorough inspections may take longer. We allow one hour for the inspection of the Roof and Attic alone, two key areas often passed over by other inspection firms. Should I be There? We strongly urge our clients to be present during the entire inspection, however if for any reason they cannot be present, we request either the client or client’s agent be available for a walk-through with the VIP Inspector at the conclusion of the inspection. When Do I Receive My Report? You will receive a preliminary verbal report at the conclusion of the inspection. The final report will be available electronically the next day for direct viewing, download, and printing on the download your report page.
